Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased directly from The Heritage Golf & Spa Resort or online from the Gift Vouchers section of our website.
Guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the treatments commence to relax and enjoy the surroundings. If clients are late for their appointment the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment. If your package includes The Heritage Spa Experience we recommend you allow a minimum of 1 hour before or following a treatment to fully utilise the area.
What to bring
For all treatments we will provide you with a luxury bathrobe, towel and slippers. Swimwear is obligatory in The Heritage Spa Experience area at all times.
Etiquette
As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambiance of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones and leave them in the locker area. smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Spa.
Children
Due to the active nature of the products Spa users must be a minimum age of 16 years
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 72 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment*. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is cancelled less then 72 hours prior to the booking. Likewise, no shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
