Our Executive Head chef is passionate about offering guests an unforgettable dining experience. Using only the finest ingredients to ensure the fullest flavours and a strong emphasis on sourcing locally grown produce, our menus focus on flavour and balance to create exciting and modern dishes.

Our award-winning breakfast is served in Blake's. Offering a wide selection of hot dishes, pastries and plenty of gluten-free options.

Monday To Friday 7am - 10.30am

Saturday and Sunday 8am -11am

Afternoon Tea is served in the beautiful setting of The Galleria. Delicious sweet and savoury delights are a real treat for the taste buds. Gluten-free option is also available.

Afternoon Tea can be booked between 1pm and 3pm. For limited time only, feel like a member of the ton with our Bridgerton inspired Afternoon Tea to celebrate Lady Penelope's love story in this season's Bridgerton. Bridgerton themed Afternoon Tea is available from 16th May - 30th June. 

Dinner is served in Blake's with its plush velvet seating and modern booths. A strong emphasis on local produce ensure dishes of fuller flavour and a memorable culinary journey.

Seven Bar has an all day menu served from 12pm-9pm. There is a variety of delicious options sure to cater to your tastes!
