The Heritage Spa Experience, provides unrivalled heat and cooling journey and is unique to the Spa at The Heritage. It is based on the ancient ritual of bathing where the body is heated and then cooled by a series of heat and cooling experiences. This extensive 7000 sq ft area guides your body through a sensory journey with the ultimate aim of inducing deep relaxation. The experience will include sanarium, tepidiarium, caldarium, steam bath, rustic sauna cabin, open air hydro therapy pool, foot baths, experience showers and an ice fountain.
Our Health Club at The Heritage overlooks the splendid Heritage Golf Course, and includes a 15-meter leisure pool, indoor jacuzzi, sauna and steam baths in both ladies and gent’s locker rooms, state of the art fitness equipment and a fitness studio.
