Our team thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Heritage. From start to finish, it was a fantastic event and people have not stopped complimenting the food, facilities and overall experience.

From our side, it was such a pleasure working with Events & Reservations on the room arrangements. You made the entire process so easy. Your team on site were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the event, which made a real difference.

Can you please pass on our thanks to the C&B team for looking after us so well this week.  The whole gang was really impressed with the standard of food and service.  Makes my job a joy when things go that well, so thanks to you all.  They nailed the dietary signage too.  As a medical nutrition company we need to get that right, and many hotels don’t manage it well, so well done there too.  Pass on thanks to the Chef, lunches and dinners were delish.
