Our Executive Head chef is passionate about offering guests an unforgettable dining experience. Using only the finest ingredients to ensure the fullest flavours and a strong emphasis on sourcing locally grown produce, our menus focus on flavour and balance to create exciting and modern dishes.

Our award-winning breakfast is served in Blake's. Offering a wide selection of hot dishes, pastries and plenty of gluten-free options.

Monday - Friday 7am - 10.30am

Saturday and Sunday 8am -11am

Afternoon Tea is served daily in the beautiful setting of The Galleria. Delicious sweet and savoury delights are a real treat for the taste buds. Gluten-free and vegen options are also available upon request.

Afternoon Tea can be booked between 1pm and 3pm. 

Dinner is served in Blake's with its plush velvet seating and modern booths. A strong emphasis on local produce ensure dishes of fuller flavour and a memorable culinary journey.

6pm - 9.30pm

Seven Bar has an all day menu served from 12pm-9pm. There is a variety of delicious options sure to cater to your tastes!
