Spa Therapist – Job Vacancy

The Heritage offers one of the foremost experiences of Spa Hotels in Ireland. The Health Club and Spa are located close to the hotel. This entire space is dedicated to Health, Fitness and Wellbeing.

Our luxury award winning Spa offers 20 treatment rooms set in an oasis of calm, with a wonderful selection of spa treatments and packages that allow guests to indulge in a truly world-class spa experience.

The Heritage Spa Experience is a core part of the Wellbeing process at our Spa.  We believe in results at The Heritage. Through the use of the leading Spa Product Ranges ESPA and Voya, we are able to deliver the highest quality professional treatments tailored to our guests needs. We are currently looking to hire Spa Therapists to join our existing Spa team. 

 

The ideal candidate will work with a team of professionals and will be responsible for:

·         Carrying out a range of Spa treatments.

·         Ensuring that each guest receives a memorable experience from start to finish.

·         Impeccable product knowledge and the ability to upsell at every available opportunity.

·         Ensuring treatment rooms are hygienically clean at all times.

·         Maintaining Spa standards at all times.

Candidates need to meet the following criteria: -

·         Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification.

·         A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.

·         Espa / Voya training is desirable but not essential, full training provided.

·         Must be guest focused with excellent communication skills.

·         Must present a professional image at all times.

·         Must be well organised.

·         Our standards are extremely high and full training will be provided upon commencement.

·         Due to nature of our business, flexibility is required.

 Full-time Banqueting Manager 

We are currently looking to hire a permanent full-time  Banqueting Manager to join our existing team. This is a superb opportunity for a high calibre Banqueting Manager.  

The hotel is a Four Star deluxe hotel  therefore it is imperative that the candidate must have the ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of Guest Service in a confident and professional manner. Previous experience working in a fast paced, high standard establishment is essential.

 

Management responsibilities:

·         To ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service to each and every guest and to ensure your team do likewise.

·         To manage, train and develop the team, ensuring objectives are set and regularly monitored.

·         To carry out continuous training with each of your team to ensure the hotels standards are being consistently maintained.

·         To ensure that the Hotel’s Service Values and Core Values are communicated to each team member.

·         To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained at all times.

·         To ensure your team are well presented and that their demeanor is professional and polite at all times.

·         To ensure there is a constant management presence within your department at all times.

·         To monitor all purchasing and costs in the department and spend is in line with budgets and in line with purchasing procedures

·         To ensure the annual budgets regarding revenue is achieved.

·         To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.

·         To ensure correct use of supplies by implementing, reviewing and amending stock control procedures to ensure the highest level of food & beverage management and stock control.

·         To carry out weekly/monthly stock takes.

·         To complete all HACCP documentation as required.

·         To ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in compliance with company policy, ensuring all colleagues and supervisors are trained.

·         To maintain close communication with all members of the management team to ensure the smooth & efficient running of your department.

·         To coach the team to maximise sales opportunities in order to meet sales targets.

·         To work towards achieving high hotel inspection results.

·         The successful candidates must have minimum of 2-3 years Banqueting Management experience, preferably within a hotel environment.

Accounts payable/receivable assistant 

We are currently hiring an accounts payable/receivable assistant to join our dynamic team for a fixed term period - Maternity cover.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Processing high volumes of Accounts Payable Invoices

·         Corresponding with other business departments to resolve queries

·         Resolving invoice discrepancies

·         Corresponding with Vendors in response to enquiries

·         Reconciliation of Vendor accounts

·         Preparing and processing accounts payable payments

·         Maintaining the Purchase Order Log

·         15% of the role will include Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices and management of AR ledger balances

·         Cash and Bank reconciliations

·         General administration including answering phones, forwarding messages, email distribution, etc

·         Ad hoc duties as they arise

 

Skills Required:

·         Previous Office Administration experience.

·         Experience with Opera Pegasus, Opera and Procure Wizard, advantageous but not essential.

·         Working knowledge of Excel and other I.T. Systems, including Microsoft Office

·         Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
