We had the most Magical wedding here ever.

I Just want to say thank you so so much for everything, to Aisling, Louise, and all the other team that helped us along the way, but to you especially Aisling, you were just amazing and so patient kind and helpful.

Aisling made all our meetings so special and really filled the meetings with excitement. The whole day went off without a hitch, I have to say there wasn't one worry on the lead-up to it and the day was just pure magic, I know Aisling was a big part of this. All staff on the day were so lovely and so kind, the food is still being raved about and the whole venue is just incredible.

Rooms, food, venue, service, breakfast, and facilities are out of this world.

Aisling literally took everything I said word for word and made it happen, our day two was so perfect, and again the barbecue food was out of this world.

The heritage are so lucky to have someone like Aisling as part of their team and any couples getting married are going to have the most amazing time because of Aisling and the Hotel . Aisling felt like a full time wedding planner to us ans she was just all the time and answered emails upon emails, questions upon questions without any hesitation.

Words will not describe myself and Kevins thanks to Aisling and The Heritage for making our day as magic as it was but I hope this review expresses some of our gratitude. We would recommend The Heritage and Aisling a million times over to any couple. Lastly a huge thanks to Adam and all other staff we do not know by name but really appreciated, all were exceptional.

We celebrated our wedding day at this hotel on August 1st, 2024 with our second day celebrations on the Terrace the following day. We often stay at this hotel and for us, it was a no brainer when picking our wedding venue. John and I would like to sincerely thank the management & staff of the hotel for making our day so special.

From day 1 when we booked the wedding, the team have been so kind, supportive & helpful. The hotel itself is exceptional, beautiful rooms and the food is just amazing!

Once we arrived the day before our wedding, we were honestly treated like royalty. We didn't have to do a thing, the amazing wedding & function staff set everything up for us, unpacking the cars and sorting out all our luggage. The team made us feel so special. All our family and close friends couldn't get over how attentive and caring the staff were and actually spent time getting to know our guests and to speak so kindly about my husband and I, in particular Joanna, Chloe, JP & Sarah. Guys ye are an asset to the hotel!

Our wedding reception was outstanding and for us the food was exceptional. many of our guests were raving about the Clonakilty black pudding starter & the soup - huge compliments to the chefs and all the kitchen & function staff. Thanks to Luke, Rayner, Georgie & all the team in the function room, ye really put on a show.

But for us, what made the experience so special is the staff. They really went above and beyond. We would particularly like to thank Louise, our wedding co- ordinator, Aisling, Tinashe, Sinead on the wedding team also who always have been so gracious and kind with their time for us.

To JP, Sarah and the team who were with us throughout the wedding morning / afternoon of the wedding. You guys really got to know us and kept us calm and the nerves at bay (even with the happy tears!).

And not to forget the amazing Joanna, Chloe & team in reception - thank you for getting to know us and making our guests, in particular our family feel so special.

Thank you also to Grainne in the reservations team who oversaw the guest accommodation wedding list for us.

And of course, the amazing management staff in the Seven bar & Terrace on day 2 - again outstanding food (in particular the Irish beef stew, compliments to the chef). It was private for our party and the surroundings created such a lovely experience as part of our celebrations. So chilled & relaxing. Ye were so attentive, kind and caring towards our guests.

We recently got married in the Heritage. They made the day so enjoyable and relaxing. Each member of staff were so calm and professional and made sure all guests were well looked after. The food was outstanding and each guest commented on how amazing it was. Luke looked after us on the day, he had a lovely calmness to him and very professional. Made sure we were well looked after. No issues arose on the day at all! It went so smoothly, the day goes too quickly.

Big thank you to Louise our wedding co-oordinator, always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed her and she did a fantastic job in helping us plan the day. We wish we could do it all over again and we would go straight back to the Heritage in a heartbeat.
