We honestly had the most amazing day. Thank you so much to you and all the team for a fantastic day. Each end every member of staff went above and beyond. Honestly, the guests have not stopped praising the staff. The food was out of this world and all the guests complimented it. From the canapes to the breakfast and all in-between, it went down a treat. Hats off to the chef! We had our beautiful wedding in The Heritage last August after postponing from March. After our initial first visit & viewing we fell in love with the hotel & booked our date in straight away! (The bridal suite is just amazing!) Unfortunately due to covid restrictions we had to postpone but Kim & Gosia, were so accommodating, they made the the whole rescheduling process so easy for us! The hotel were very easy to communicate with & answered any queries we had. We got to do our menu tasting over the summer & were spoilt rotten! Then eventually we had the most fabulous wedding day celebration. All of our guests were wowed by stunning the hotel from the stairs to the ballroom & even 3 months later friends are still raving about the meal being top class!! One of my favourite things about the hotel overall is the staff were all so warm & friendly to everyone. The service is exceptional! Our guests had the best day & we never felt like the fun/party was compromised due to covid. I would have no problem in recommending The Heritage to anyone looking to get married there in the future!

Our wedding at The Heritage was beyond our wildest imagination. I seriously cannot put into words how happy we are and how lucky we feel to have chosen the perfect venue for what was honestly the best day of our lives. When we got engaged in June 2019, we both dreamed about having The Heritage as our wedding venue We arranged to go and see the hotel and I still remember the excitement I felt the first time we walked into what was at the time the newly updated function room. As soon as we stepped into the room all aglow with stunning candelabras and elegant cherry blossoms dotted throughout - I remember thinking that this had to be the place we would get married. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, the team at The Heritage could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The support and understanding provided by the team really meant the world to us and was greatly appreciated. Over the past two years we made several trips to the Heritage to meet Ger, Kim & Gosia to plan our perfect day. On each occasion, we were made to feel so special and were thoroughly impressed by the amazing service and friendly atmosphere. On the day of our wedding on 17th July 2021, we pulled up to The Heritage with the sun shining down and we were greeted so warmly by Ger, Gosia, Liam and the team. From that moment the whole wedding reception went perfectly and we truly had the best day. Each and every one of our guests loved The Heritage as much as we do. The combination of the elegance of the hotel and the excellence of the staff really make The Heritage one of the most special venues in Ireland. Ger and the staff helped to make our wedding so special - thank you all so much. We will never forget our wedding and how you all played an important part in making it unforgettable. The food was incredible; the rooms are amazing; the grounds and golf course are impeccable. I really don't know where to stop with listing all of the great things about The Heritage! Thank you for making our wedding dreams come true!

After two failed attempts to have our wedding overseas in 2020, we decided to go ahead with it at home. From our first point of contact in August to our wedding day less than 3 months later, Kim and all of the staff at The Heritage Hotel were a dream to deal with. We knew we were in capable and experienced hands straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done to make our day as perfect and special as possible. The attention to detail at The Heritage Hotel sets it apart from other hotels in the midlands. The function room and tables were beautifully decorated. The meal was delicious and food was plentiful. We met Sarah from the food and beverage team the night of our menu tasting and she served the top table for the wedding banquet. A special word of thanks to Sarah as she was amazing on both nights and was so warm and friendly. We would highly recommend The Heritage Hotel to all couples planning their big day.
